Job Title: Senior Associate, Technology (FileNet SME) Job Summary: The Senior Associate, Technology provides technical leadership to the project team by taking responsibility for a specific component or track of the project architecture/SDLC. This includes planning, estimation, people management, issue resolution and quality assurance. Primary Responsibilities: Deep understanding of OO design Drive mid-level planning exercises with engineers Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriately Write bug-free code. Facilitate workshops and client meetings Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required and degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Minimum 5+ years in systems integration and development, package implementation. 2+ years of experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solutions based on IBM FileNet suite of products. Experience Designing and developing customized solutions built around FileNet ECM products (FileNet Panagon & FileNet P8) and based on Microsoft COM & .Net Technologies (VB / VC++ / VB.Net / ASP.Net). Design and develop web services interfaces and IBM-MQ interfaces for FileNet systems Design and develop ASP.Net step processors for FileNet eProcess and Process Engine. Design and develop custom applications to migrate contents and metadata to and from FileNet repositories (Content Services or Image Services or Content Engine). Experience with information sharing strategies configuration of document classes, folders and security. Configuration of workflows and records management objects Proven leadership and managerial skills to “independently'' manage a track of work (with 5-15 people), during multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
