A large financial institution located in lower Manhattan seeks to add an individual to work in a Level 2 technical support capacity for a long-term contract. Looking for experienced support person to assist team in level 2 support of a suite of around 20 applications for the JPMorgan Private Equity Fund Services users and clients. This is not a Desktop Support role, although some of these skills may be useful. Much of the work is phone based support. Looking for a good understanding of Active Directory, SQL security. Training available on individual applications. Assist internal business teams with on-boarding new users. Help with documentation and transition of Account Administration Function to external team. Active Directory and SQL are MUSTS!
