Technical support for data center enhancement planning and systems programming services Experience: Experience Required: . CICS systems programmer with a minimum of 10 years of experience installing and maintaining Transaction Server . Experience with related software such as TMON, AbendAid/FX . Experience planning, coordinating, and documenting in a CICS environment . Application of maintenance required to resolve problems, the diagnosing of problems . Analysis of CICS performance. . Support of clients experiencing problems. . Experience with MRO and multiple CICS regions in a 7 X 24 environment. . Hands-on experience with Transaction Server and WEB enabling transactions.
