Technical Support Engineer in New York, NY

Position Description:
This position would be primarily on-site at the customer's office in downtown Manhattan NYC supporting e.POWER, a workflow and document management system. The employee would interface with NYC MIS personnel as well as senior Integic technical staff in resolving daily issues and assuring 24/7 system availability.

US Citizenship Required: Yes

Security Clearance Required: No Experience: Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and analytical skills are required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Two years experience in IT technical support
- Thorough knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server


Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Unix and Oracle are preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot IT issues
