We are currently searching for a Project Manager to support the management of the project implementation. Manage project plan and execution approach. Utilize a rigorous process of defining project requirements and project specifications. Analyze and discuss the potential risks/benefits involved in using the specified governance solution to address the business requirement. Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success. Manage the project estimating activity. Work with Program Manager, core team, communicate approach; Conduct project/phase kick-off meetings to communicate individual roles and project expectations and ensure that all project team members have the tools and guidance required to perform effectively. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary. Promote and monitor compliance of application development activities with pilot projects and information risk policies. Provide action plans to mitigate risk and help implement them, when applicable. Monitor financial delivery and issue management processes, escalating issues and variances to budgets where necessary. Lead the post-implementation review evaluating project results, including IRM feedback. Promote effective teamwork and manage the resolution of interpersonal issues. Support People Management related initiatives.

Requirements:

Qualifications: College degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience Minimum 10 years of combined business, project management, team leadership and IT experience required Experience with Governance projects, functions (e.g. Governance, IT Risk management etc.) and industries Knowledge of CMM and Six Sigma Methodologies and Standards Knowledge and experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, PMI, etc. Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups with strong team management, leadership and coaching skills Project Management Certification a plus Knowledge of Benchmarking methodologies and Governance models, and working with various LOB(s) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop strong client relationships
