Help Desk Support Analyst II in NEW YORK, NY

My client is a fast growing Web Publishing Firm in the downtown Manhattan area and has an immediate need for an experienced Help Desk Support Analyst. The perfect Help Desk Support Analyst candidate will be working in an environment dealing with technical issues as they arise. The following skill sets requested are: <br><br><br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
Experience: &#149;2 years plus of Help Desk experience REQUIRED. <br>

&#149;Advanced knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Windows 2000/XP operating systems and applications. Advanced knowledge of remote access applications. Proven computer hardware troubleshooting ability. <br>

&#149;Applications supported include: Office XP\2003, Citrix, Palm Pilots, and Blackberry devices. <br>

&#149;Experience with troubleshooting Printers (both network and stand alones). <br>

Working with MS Server and Exchange 200x a definite plus.

&#149;Effective communication skills with unskilled and highly-skilled PC users. The ability to make quick and clear decisions in accordance with company policy. <br>

*Salary to be based on experience.
