My client, a Finance Organization located in lower Manhattan, is in need of two Network Administrators with at least 5 years of <B>HANDS ON </B>experience. The company's environment consists of several servers dealing with Cisco Routers and Switches behind PIX as well as Checkpoint Firewalls. The Network Engineers will be direct players with the Network Administration and Management teams. The ideal candidates should be able to remediate issues independently and assist in recommendations for new products and projects. This is a LAN WAN Administration position, experience with MS Server work is highly desirable. Must be able to communicate clearly to other members of the team and take on senior level issues. The ideal candidate should posses a high level of analytical, communicational, and troubleshooting skills. The following skills are required for this position:

Experience: <br>
<br>
- Provide maintenance, configuration, design, and implementation of the current network infrastructure. <BR>
- Strong working knowledge of Cisco routers and switches (6500, 3750, 7200 series, etc.)<BR>
- Experience with VoIP implementation and configuration <br>
- Excellent understanding and strong experience with <b> LAN Technologies</b> <br>
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze LAN/WAN problems, including DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN issues, etc. <br>
- Understanding VPN support, setups and configurations <br>
- Experience with Network design using Visio for presentational purposes. <br>
- Create documentation of specific fixes and work done on infrastructure. Create reports on resolution of problems and requests. <BR>
- Certifications that are highly desired are CCNA; CCNE; CCNP; Net +, MCSE.
