- Works with IT Management to define project scope and objectives.<br>
- Develops preliminary project plan and design, determines necessary resources, and project timeline.<br>
- Obtains commitment from team partners to project timelines and acts as a resource for project team members.<br> <br>
- Responsible for delivery and success of assigned projects.<br>
- Optimizes results within business and time constraints.<br>
- Leads meetings with cross-functional project team to assess status and resolve and escalate issues as they come up.<br>
- Reviews and tracks status of project and deliverables and provides project updates and ongoing cost analysis to IT and business line management.<br>
- Assists management with developing cost estimates and managing the budget throughout projects.<br>
- Ensures adherence to project management process and project documentation standards.<br>

Experience: The person needs in depth experience with .NET 2.0 technologies such as Visual Studio 2003/2005, C#, and experience with Visual Source Safesource is strongly desired.
