Currently seeking an individual with graphic design/flash design expertise to work within the Production Department of an NYC Real Estate company. Will report to the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications and assist brokers and other real estate professionals with all graphic related needs.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare flyers, brochures, custom marketing materials/proposals, advertisements, signage and other marketing collateral as needed.
• Retouch floor plans and photos.
• Handle website maintenance and flash interactive media involving HTML coding.

Experience: • Two to three years design/production experience working in a marketing or design department/firm.
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat) and Dreamweaver/Proficiency with HTML Flash in both Mac and PC platforms.
• Functional knowledge of Action-Scripting Auto Cad and After Effects is a plus but not required.
