We have an immediate need for a Java Team Lead
JOB DESCRIPTION
6 + years of software development experience
Strong coordination and task management skills
Experience to work with the business users
Experience in managing off-shore resources
Strong knowledge of core Java and server side Java (Servlets, JSP, XML)
Strong knowledge of object oriented analysis and design
Experience with the following (or similar technologies): Apache, Tomcat, Ant, Junit, CVS, Eclipse
Basic knowledge of Linux or UNIX shell environment and basic shell scripting.
Knowledge of SQL and relational database (Sybase, DB2 UDB preferred)
Software development lifecycle proficiency and code management skills
Previous experience in financial industry a plus.
