• Play a hands on technology role throughout multiple phases of the software development lifecycle<br>
• Provide end–user support and maintenance for internal applications<br>
• Design and develop customizations to the CRM system (SalesLogix)<br>
• Convert custom VB.NET applications to C#.NET<br>
• Support custom C#.NET applications<br>
• Develop new application integration web services <br>
• Support MS Dynamics Great Plains financial application<br>
• Identify inefficient business processes and propose/implement technology solutions to address them<br>
• Manage to hard deadlines, proactively identify issues, and mitigate risk factors<br>
• Manage interpersonal relationships and communicate project status, issues, and risk factors to internal staff and external consulting team<p>

Experience: • 2-4 years experience with C#.NET<br>
• 2-4 years experience with SQL Server <br>
• Strong business analysis skills <br>
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills<br>
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written <p>
Desired Experience<p>
• 1-2 years experience in a development role with a packaged application<br>
• 1-2 years experience developing VBA<br>
• 1-2 years SQL/Stored Procedure development<br>
• Strong motivation and flexibility needed to function in a fast-paced environment.<br>
• Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and self-sufficient within a team<br>
• Experience in a financial services company a plus<p>
