Our client, a well established law firm, is looking for Help Desk/Desktop Support professional. You must have previous Legal Experience in order to qualify for this position. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in order to determine how to solve any technical issues that arise. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be able to have the patience to work with unskilled and highly-skilled PC users, and the ability to make a quick and clear decision in accordance with the company policy.
Experience: Requirements: The Following Skills are required
<font size=4 color=red><b>QUALIFICATIONS: </font><br><br></b>
Knowledge and Experience in the following areas is required:<br><br>
•Must have legal background <br>
• Citrix knowledge is a plus.<br>
• Experience with any of the following: iManage, Summation, Deltaview and Concordance .<br>
• Applications supported include: Outlook, Office XP\2003, PowerPoint, Excel; create, edit, formatting <br>
• Experience with troubleshooting Printers (both network and stand alones – HP/Cannon).<br>
• Able to solve network connectivity problems, understand TCP/IP protocols, and be able to let higher levels of support know specific technical issues in detail.<br>
• Creating ghost images from scratch and deploying new machines with images a plus.<br><br>
