Critical role to manage the application for the Customer Connect Project .CustomerConnect is a $7MM capital project to create one PCNA Customer and Bottler Master
file. Today data is currently maintained in multiple master files and or applications.
The Services Delivery Manager will be responsible for all projects Lifestyle activities
related to the user interface and workflow. This role will report into the Project
Manager while matrixing to the Manager for delivery. Responsible for the application
development management and coordination across multiple IT functions to ensure delivery
of the CUSTOMER CONNECT solution on time and on budget Skill SetsBuild project plan, track and monitor progress for Customer Connect user interface
and Workflow tasks. Manage and deliver all project for UI and workflow Partner with
Conversions and Remediation Manager to ensure successful integration with new solution.
Work with Customer Connect Program manager to ensure successful detail plans are
updated to reflect scope and change requests. Ensure updates to PLM Tools including
STAR Team, TART and Caliber are completed. Regularly monitor and track issues, risk
and change requests in STAR Team Consolidate information and research issue and
risks Escalate issues and risks to manager. Prepare and review status and period
PBR. Prepare meeting agenda, document meeting notes and follow ups and distribute
to attendees and Stakeholders. Complete required methodology artifacts related to
the overall integration project. Partner with PMO to ensure quality and compliance
on all deliverables. Assist Program Manager with Coordination and consolidation
of impact analyses and change estimates. Responsible for people management and all
direct reports.
