JOB DESCRIPTION:
The technician will perform standard IMAC support duties (Installs/Adds/Moves/Changes). One to two years experience is all that will be needed. Candidate will be trained on the clients policies and procedures. Must have proficiency with the following operation systems: Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista. Technician will also be trained in Deskside Support functions. Must also be able to treat end-users with respect and professionalism; Follow technical operational procedures; Communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
