Description: Experienced Oracle Application Developer with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Applications, PL/SQL and Oracle database development to help drive design, development, and maintenance of Oracle Application systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills in PL/SQL application development and have relevant experience in multi-tiered architectures, Object Oriented Analysis and design, and interfacing into Oracle Applications.The position will collaborate proactively with functional users and analysts to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions. The ideal candidate will reflect a mix of strong technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively with other business and technology personnel to provide support for Oracle CRM applications.Key Responsibilities & Skills: Responsible for coding and unit testing CRM application software acrossproduction support, enhancements and projects. Hands-on Analysis, Design, Development experience on business applications systems specifically in the area of Customers Online, TCA, Marketing, and Sales. Experience with working with Oracle Support and Development teams to ensure the smooth running of the Oracle applications.
