You will be involved in the operational development during the GVC migration we're looking at a development resource with the following skill set.. this is in order of importance. Oracle PL/SQL Scripting on Unix (Bourne shell, PERL, etc) Some object oriented experience, JAVA Analysis as well as development skills Understanding of IT support of mission critical financial systems; understanding how important the revenue stream is for a sense of accuracy and urgency. Basically they are looking for someone who can come in and understand how things work now on the operational side of things and automate certain fuctions like reporting to speed things up and reduce manual work.
