Our client is in need help desk support for temp to hire position. The right candidate will troubleshoot,research and resolve desktop hardware,software and data communication system issues,advanced understanding of windows system administration,1level support for internal users. They will act as a liason with other departments or support and projects,receive incoming calls emails and requests. Looking for a self motivated and directed individual with excellent communications skills and an ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management and staff.
