Positions name:Project Manager(Custom Development)
Assignment period: 4 months

Required skills: PM w/some banking (payments would be nice) that can manage a span of control of 10 people. Somewhat technical but deep technical knowledge not needed for this position. Do prefer experience with custom application development projects (like java, .net, etc.) and onsite/offshore model. Other requirements are: very detailed and disciplined, relentless at follow up, a high sense of ownership. On this project, anyone in a leadership position must be aggressive and ensure the people whose efforts they are leading are managed at a detailed level.
