We have an immediate need for a Team Foundation Server Administrator. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

Day to day administration of TFS system in support of various development teams.
Creates new projects as required.
Initiates new users in the system and trains same in tool usage.
Ensures system integrity to enforce development policy and procedure.
Monitors system health, performance, license levels and ensures that that backup schedules are maintained.
Builds and compiles code of varying complexity. Work with development teams to produce automated builds.
Manages source code repositories, TFS Sharepoint sites and reporting capabilities.
Maintains data for Management metrics and produces aggregated reports for executive review and dashboards.
Delivering build artifacts to appropriate staging areas for deployment in test and production environments.
Participating in the development and review of specifications to gain an understanding of application changes.
Completing basic program changes to translate specifications and requirements into code.
Applying basic technical skills to produce deliverables (i.e. specifications, program changes, unit testscripts, documentation, etc.)
Providing documentation to support program changes.
Planning, documenting and executing unit test plans to ensure all code changes meet requirements and specifications.
Supporting programming changes during quality assurance, user acceptance testing and post implementation to ensure integrity of application.
Monitoring progress against task estimates to provide status.

Experience: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years developing .NET applications.
2+ years in TFS Administration.
SQL and database management.
Understanding of various SDLC processes.
Exposure to automated build tools such as MS Build, Team Build or Build Forge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi task in fast paced development environment
Strong sense of customer service
Commitment to process and policy
Ability to train users.
Attention to detail in daily work assignments.
