Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Object Oriented Design, ideally in JAVA/J2EE. This will included hands on experience in JSP, SOAP, XML, XSLT ideally on a UNIX Platform. Background, especially in the last 2+ years, should include designing large scale websites for consumers. Experience with AJAX, FLEX, CMS (especially Alfresco) while not required will separate your resume from your competitors. Additionally, knowledge of web trends/analytics, IDE/RAD, Perforce and other change management systems will also raise you to the next level. This role will have both client and user interaction, so superior written, verbal and presentation skills are mandatory.
