As a Senior Business Project Officer, responsibilities include managing technical and business projects relating to Customer Data, supporting the Bank's Enterprise Data Warehouse and Customer Information File. Projects may also include implementing Image Processing within the Bank's servicing areas.



Work closely with other areas of the Bank identifying project/business requirements, building project plans, tracking and measuring results, managing and resolving issues, setting and managing expectations of the team as well as senior managers and implementing cross functional projects.



Responsibilities also include the need to translate business requirements into system specifications for IT. May also have to develop and execute test plans. Experience: Minimum of seven years proven and progressive project management experience or equivalent experience supporting Data Warehouse, Customer Information, and/or Image Processing.

Bachelors degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience.

Strong problem-solving, lateral thinking, communications/presentation skills, project management, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Strong ability to manage people - including assigning and delegating tasks, and leading project team members towards an end goal.
