Duration: 6 months+ (possible long-term)
Experience: Mandatory Requirements . 3+ years experience on both the PeopleSoft package and working in mainframe and web environments. . 3 + years experience in upgrades and installation of patches . 3+ years of creating system design and test plans . 3-5 years experience on PeopleSoft tools including: Query Reporting Tool and Application Designer . 3-5 years experience on PeopleSoft Interface Process Scheduler . 5+ years in depth experience with PeopleSoft PeopleCode, SQR, SQL w/ excellent knowledge of PeopleDatabase model . 3-5 years experience with Unix and Shell Scripting . Strong knowledge of mainframe environment and application development tools, including the following: TSO, ISPF, COBOL, DB2 and / or IMS. Preferred Requirement: . 5 years of PeopleSoft Implementations - with recent experience (prior 2 years) using PeopleSoft Benefits or HR . Candidate will be a PeopleSoft Certified Developer (preferred). . 3 years developing app's in a mainframe . Excellent understanding of and experience with a systems development lifecycle methodology . Strong business acumen, professional style/presence . Experience working on an enterprise wide project is a must! . Experience working within a matrix environment . Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
