Experience: Mandatory Requirements: 3+ years working with Stat ACM product. 2+years PeopleSoft 8.x experience with HR, Benefits and Benefits Administration. 2+ years PeopleSoft People Tools experience. 3+ years experience with MS Visio and Microsoft Suite. 2-3 years Functional analysis skills. 2-3 years Project planning experience. Documentation skills. Preferred Requirement: 3-5 years experience with HR and Benefits software solutions. Bachelor's degree in a technical/business discipline or 2-4 years practical technical/business experience. Excellent understanding of and experience with a systems development lifecycle methodology. Strong business acumen, professional style/presence. Experience working on an enterprise wide project is a must! Experience working within a matrix environment. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. Mandatory Education: Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science from an accredited college.
