IT Business Analyst (50% travel)
. Perform Business Analyst functions in the gathering of business requirements for JDE E1 ERP implementation projects, and in maintaining on-going business support.
. Perform in a Project Management role for some projects. Depending on the size of a project, this person may fill both roles.
. Primary focus is on E1 Finance module. However, tasks will expand to other modules as needed.
. Develop and execute implementation test plans.
. Develop understanding of other related company solutions.
. Define, address, and prioritize issues and related operating procedures.
. Significant interaction with internal and external customers.
. Serve as a liaison between the business clients and external vendors and the IT application development, information delivery, and infrastructure teams.
. Assure that customer requirements are met and systems are in keeping with current and future IT direction.
. Develop and maintain project plans; insure that projects meet budget and time requirements.
Requirements. Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Analysis and Project Management .
. Effective written and verbal communication skills
. Outstanding interpersonal skills
. Strong organizational skills
. Ability to work with all levels
. Ability to work as a team member
. Able to juggle and adjust to changing priorities
. Good technical knowledge in a variety of platforms
. Quick learner
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
