InterFusion Technology is seeking a RPG Programmer with the following skills:

100 %Technical: Heads down programmer with strong communication skills.
Must Have Skills:
This individual must be a very strong RPG Programmer, especially with RPG coding.
This individual must be able to deliver high quality code (testing will be considered as part of coding).
Strong Communication Skills
This position is task and date driven so if the individual finishes early thats great, but if not they are expected to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
Deliverables / Job Duties:
The individual will be given very detailed technical specs with estimates provided.
When given the design documents to code they will be told the estimate and asked to review and determine if it is possible.
If the individual says no, they will then provide justification and estimate will be determined.
Once a date is agreed to and accepted by the individual, they will be expected to work to get it done.
If for some reason an unforeseen problem occurs, they are to communicate it early so that it can be addressed with very little to no impact of the deliverable date.

Duration:3 months (additional 5 months extension available)

Work Schedule: 5 - 10 hour days (during development there may be some overtime to get it done.)

During the interview he will ask questions like . where do you place yourself with code and why?
Then he will tell them that he will believe them but if they come on-site and can not deliver he will ask me to replace them.
