My client, an up and coming Technology firm located in Downtown Manhattan, is in immediate need for an experienced Mac Desktop Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be working in an environment dealing with technical issues as they arise as well as communicating with senior technical staff regarding various technical issues. This is a long term contract with potential to hire. The Desktop Support Analyst must be a quick thinker and learner, someone that is comfortable working in a team as well as working alone.
The Help Desk Analyst will provide technical expertise to the environment but must also possess great people skills in training the end users on future issues that may arise. </font color="maroon"> <br><br>

Experience: <u>Knowledge and Experience in the following is required: </u> <br>
• Experience working as a Desktop Support Analyst<br>
• Excellent costumer support skills<br>
• Advanced knowledge and ability to troubleshoot<b> Mac operating systems</B><BR>
• Working with <b>Mac OS X Server</b> a definite plus. <br>
• Extensive understanding of <b>Network Troubleshooting in a Mac environment</B> as well as Mac OS application.<br>
• Advanced knowledge of remote access applications and troubleshooting. <br>
• Proven computer hardware troubleshooting experience. <BR>
