Rapid career growth opportunity to join an elite PeopleSoft Human Capital Management consulting team. Permanent employment role as a Senior Consultant working on large-scale, challenging Peoplesoft HR projects. You will be responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in one of the HR modules or the Payroll module. This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. In this role you will also assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale PeopleSoft solutions. Using your expertise you will also be involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid and proposal efforts, and business case development.
To qualify for this role you will need a minimum of 4 years of PeopleSoft HR hands-on delivery and configuration experience (v8.8+), including 2 full-life cycle projects and configuration of the HR or Payroll modules. This includes a solid understanding of HR processes and the ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across the HR modules.

Weekday travel is typically three nights away from home with an emphasis on achieving a satisfying work-life balance. Occasional weeks may require four nights.
