Basic Function:
Supports Treasury Management & Merchant products and services. Provides installation support, training and troubleshooting for the external Commercial and Merchant customers and internal banking departments.
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for successful customer software installations and training.
*Responsible for training internal and external customers on Treasury management
services/products.
*Provides daily post-installation technical support and troubleshooting assistance
and ensures feasible resolutions for problems/issues.
*Provide analytical and technical support for Treasury Management Product
Managers and Treasury Management & Merchant Customer service.
*Required to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
*Participate in Treasury Management projects and initiatives, where appropriate,
in support of Treasury Management Customer Service and customer fulfillment
services.
*Completion of various activity reports i.e.( weekly and monthly installation/
trouble shooting report and on-site installation charge billing report).
Basic Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
*Three to five years solid pc-based system experience.
*Excellent analytical , verbal and communication skills.
*Ability to travel to client locations.
*Ability to be on-call and work over-time (as needed).
Ideal Qualifications:
*Knowledge of Treasury management and Merchant products, services and
procedures.
