Title: Deskside Support Technician - Windows Vista
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to help support corporate end users. Must have experience in installation, testing, upgrading, troubleshooting, support and maintenance of desktop- Windows NT/2000/XP/VISTA, Microsoft Virtual PC, Office 97/2000/2003/2007. This is a Microsoft environment with Windows XP and Windows Vista as well as Office 2003 and Office 2007. Our ideal candidate will have experience supporting these technologies as well as experience with high level software deployment. Candidates should have a strong troubleshooting background and have excellent follow-thru. Client interface is a huge part of this position so candidates must be comfortable in an environment that requires accountability.
