Major Responsibilities
? The Business Analyst will act as one of the principal contact points between Individual Markets - Distribution & Development (IM-D&D) and IT. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining a high level of operational excellence by ensuring that the technology needs of IM-D&D's management and its customer, the General Agencies, are met in an effective and efficient manner.
? The responsibilities of this role will include participation in the following activities:
? Participate with the User in Business Analysis and development of Business Requirements.
? User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Review, including writing and executing test plans, following up on reporting and re-testing any errors and other related items found during this testing.
? In concert with the Business User writing needed business documentation
? Attending Product, Project, and Team sessions as required
? Facilitating departmental reporting using tools such as Microsoft Access or Microsoft Excel.
