Our client, a leading global financial services provider located in midtown Manhattan is looking for a Help Desk Analyst

This client-focused position will help maintain relationships, provide user and application support for our fixed income and other electronic trading applications.

Successful applicants must be customer service focused with strong communication skills to facilitate follow through with internal and external groups in a time sensitive environment. Prior experience on a fixed income trading desk or other familiarity with bond market/futures auctioning process is must. Holder of Series 7, 63 or 21 preferred but not a must. Ability to work well under pressure, take a proactive and "can-do" approach and desire to be a flexible team player also needed.

Hrs: 8:30 - 5:30
