REQUIRES INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL******Required Face2 Face********** PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- analyzing user requirements to develop functional and technicalrequirement specifications- coding and testing programs written from provided specifications- defining software standards- performing code reviews and setting technical direction for technical resources- assisting project team in understanding technology alternatives- providing production support and ongoing maintenance for internal and external clients.- documenting completed development or maintenanceREQUIREMENTS:- 4 years' exp in the design and implementation of business or web applications- completion of a college degree, preferably in information technology or related field.- group insurance/group credit experience or equivalent background preferred- proficiency with IBM Rational Application Developer in J2EE environment, including EJBs, JSPs, Javascript, Servlets and Application Server installation using IBM WebSphere Application Server- Demonstrated exp with XML, Web Services, SOA, Crystal Reports, LDAP and MS SQL Server 2000 or similar database knowledge desired- Exp with vendor packages and working on a team including offshore resources is helpful. - must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and be detail oriented- must be a team player- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects at one time with minimal supervision- must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills- must be able to travel internationally 2-3 times per year for 2-4 weeksat a time, in support of system installation initiatives.Please feel free to call Nawaz @ 215-633-2121 ext: 311 or email @
