Primary responsibility will be to process data entry requests/feeds to various applicationsowned or supported by Backline Operations Team. Common Data Values (CDV) Analyze,
validate and process data entry requests from business partners and field personnel
for entries to the International Master Data database. Marketing Data Warehouse
(MDW)- Download, validate, format and load competitor data feeds. Follow up with
field contacts when loads are not received on time. Create monthly metric reports
for management team. / Download and validate sales data from application and load
to PoWER. Business critical loads must be processed and completed on Sundays. This
data is then used in numerous reports by senior management team at start of business
on Monday morning. Review/update of current and create new documentation on all
applications and business processes owned by the Backline Operations Team. Additional
items to be incorporated as job familiarity progresses. Skill Sets Behavioral Characteristics: Detail and process oriented. Strong analytical skills
are a must. Customer focused. Good communication skills are needed as English is
a second language for a high percentage of our customers. Self motivated. Ability
to think outside of the box to suggest improvements to current processes. Skills:
PC familiarity (MS Windows) Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent documentation skills Required Qualifications Fundamental RDBMS knowledge SQL Scripting Familiarity with DB tools such as Toad,
Enterprise Manager or SQL Plus MS Access Ability to navigate Unix directory structures
