This is an entry level Specialist position. This candidate will provide hands onsupport of various hardware and software including Windows 2000/XP and Microsoft
Office products. Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer
systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization. Strong interpersonal
skills required to translate technical issues in non-technical terms.Candidate should have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work
with internal and external teams. Candidates must have technical support experience
in both desktop/laptop hardware and software issue resolution and configuration.
Must have the ability to lift 21 monitors and other large pieces of equipment and/or
crawl under desks to plug PCs into electrical outlets if needed.
