Create Business Requirements, System Design Documents, and Technical Specifications Documents for assigned projects in the Web and Client Server areas. Scope of responsibility includes key Web and IVR systems and interfaces between Web applications, key data structures, and the CICS Mainframe " Analyze and document complex, broad-based business functions and workflows " Develop and recommend architectural solutions to meet complex business system requirements " Provide support to junior programmers assigned to project team " Stay current with technical and industry initiatives sharing the information with the IS department and applying the knowledge gained to solving the company's business problems.Knowledge Skills & Abilities:" Extensive knowledge and experience of information systems, especially distributed systems and relational databases." Successful experience in designing and developing object-oriented programs." Strong analytical skills: demonstrated ability to find solutions to business problems; demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical problems." Ability to work with and guide a program development team" Strong interpersonal skills." Persuasive oral communication skills " Clear and convincing writing and diagramming skills " Ability to MultitaskQualifications: " Broad experience (minimum 8 years) in Client Server and Web Development using Microsoft-based technologies such as ASP.net, Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic.net, Visual Studio, C#, and Win32." Proficiency in database design and programming with Oracle or SQL Server." 10+ years overall Information Systems experience." 6 - 7 years experience as a Systems Analyst. " 7 - 8 years of actual programming experience developing client/server solutions in the MS Windows environment." Experience in health-care or insurance preferred, not required." Recent Microsoft Developer Certification is a plus.
