This position is located in our company headquarters in Troy's Rensselaer Technology Park.Description:A Support Representative will be responsible for support issues andbug investigation, and will be actively engaged with the customercommunity. You will also be required to help keep the User Guide andAdd-on documentation up to date.Duties:* Maintain regular and expedient communication with the Development Team* Monitor the bug tracker and evaluate the validity of any problems inthe software* Remain active in the forums, handling escalated support issues andcommunicating with customers* Work closely with the Development Team on maintaining the software* Help maintain all documentation pertaining to Web Scribble softwareas changes are made or problems are found* Other duties as neededQualifications:* Proficient in HTML and CSS* Some experience with PHP or other web programming languages a major plus* Some experience with MySQL a plus* Excellent written communication and organization skills* Ability to work well independently and productively on a small teamwithout being micromanaged
