Job Responsibilities:
Seeking a product evangelist to insure Perot Systems customers get the highest possible return on their IT investment. Work with leadership to oversee the current accounts customer satisfaction, operational issues, contractual compliance and client training.
Ideal candidates would have a deep understanding of client relationships, global and strategic alliances experience. Experience working for a major consulting firm in either product or management consulting would be a plus. Deep experience that covers numerous industries and clients and includes the development and management of third-party relationships Major amount of career would have been focused on client relationship or project management.
Required Skills:
Amisys product knowledge a MUST.
5-7 years in a healthcare/managed care environment, specifically in the areas of claims operations and client management
Claims Business Process Outsourcing experience.
Desired Skills:
Flexible
Great communication skills
Minimum Educational Requirements:
MBA preferred
