Engagement Type: Contract 9 months.

Complete Description:
The candidate must be well versed in CMMI and familiar with maturity Level 2 and Level 3 process areas (PAs), including the corresponding Specific Goals (SGs), Specific Practices (SPs), Generic Goals (GGs) and Generic Practices (GPs).
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- assess current process assets (process descriptions, templates, forms, checklists, guidelines)
- propose changes to existing process assets or new assets to enable the organization to reach CMMI Level 3 maturity
- document agreed-to changes
- prepare training materials and provide training sessions
- perform process audits after deploying new/updated process assets
Behavior Characteristics:
Education: BA/BS Required
Experience: 5+ years Required
Strong communication skills (both written and oral) Required
Able to create process documentation such as process flows Required
Able to conduct process improvement related presentations and training Highly desired
Able to conduct internal audits of deployed processes Desired
Experience in and FDA regulated organization Desired
Broad understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Highly desired
Broad understanding of the CMMI framework Desired
