Positions include both making outbound phone calls, receiving inbound phone calls; both assisting callers with their needs as appropriate, handling quality assurance to ensure customer satisfaction, gathering information for data processing, and more. Positions offer various shifts that interested candidates need to be available for. Ideal candidates also possess 3+ years of previous customer service experience (preferably in a call center setting, occasionally retail experience will be considered for the right position), should possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, etc, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
