Leading media internet company is seeking an experienced, dynamic and professional help desk specialist with mobile support knowledge for a 1-year contract position. Responsibilities would include: monitoring incoming tickets and troubleshooting calls regarding mobile hardware, software and internal systems. We are seeking candidates who have a minimum of one year previous experience with mobile support. Expertise in the following areas is a plus: PC mobile and laptop hardware and support, MAC, Windows 2000 OS and XP, Office 2003 suite, Outlook 2003, and management of PCs on Windows NT and Windows 2000 network. Blackberry and linux would also be helpful. This is a fun and casual work environment. Candidates with strong communication skills and customer service would do well.
