Description Our client, a global financial services firm and a market leader in securities, asset management and credit services, is seeking a IRIS - onsite ETL/DB Resource. Location: New York , NY Contract Position Description:The Project Standards and Adherence Group (PSAG) is seeking a senior technical consultant who will be involved with the design and development of the technology used to support the implementation of a new project based work model for IDEAS. This model will define the approach in which the IDEAS organization commits to and undertakes work as well as the associated costing and compensation practices for this work. We are looking for a 2- 5 years experienced SQL Server 2005 Database developer with Reporting Services skills (preferably SSRS 2008). The resource will assist me in building the custom reporting framework which has just being conceptualized. There are various quick hits/issues in production reports & various new reporting requests from business which the resource will as assist me building. A new Datawarehouse might be in pipeline in near future. If the business decides to proceed with building the warehouse, the resource might be leveraged.
