Business & Technology Analyst This International Financial Institution is looking for an analyst to work on a team that supports Equities Client Systems, including several CRM systems and client web portal. Key responsibilities include: • Training new users on applications • Creation of training material • Fielding queries from users of these systems • Ensuring data integrity of client information; help develop processes to this end • Working with technology development team to trouble-shoot systems issues and recommend improvements • Participating in special system-related projects for management • Importing data into the system • Data maintenance – updating, deleting, and merging data Knowledge/Experience and Competencies: • Candidate will have an undergraduate degree and one to three years of relevant experience in finance and/or technology. • Familiarity with Change Management Process a plus • Spreadsheet and database experience a must • Strong customer service approach in order to build up the relationship and the confidence of business users at various levels. ** CRM experience is an absolute MUST** To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
