Mandatory Requirements
Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements will not be considered for further evaluation:
1. Associates Degree
2. Two years experience developing applications in a Window NT environment.
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Six (6) or more years experience architecting, designing, authoring, and implementing the technical design for large complex ASP/COM and object oriented, .NET N-Tier applications.
3. Six (6) or more years experience writing stored procedures and four (4) or more years demonstrated experience design, development and test, large complex enterprise applications using SQL Server and/or Oracle database(s). Experience on New York State Rate Setting System Preferred.
4. Six (6) or more years developing with three (3) or more years as the Technical Analyst for the team responsible for developing complex large scale N-Tier web applications using the following: VB.NET, Visual SourceSafe, ASP.NET,, WebServices, XML, ASP, COGNOS Report.NET, and Mercury Quick Test Professional. Experience on New York State Rate Setting System Preferred.
5. Six (6) or more years experience identifying and documenting business processes, rules, application user requirements and demonstrated experience in re-engineering current business processes while supporting and evaluating legacy systems.
