Business Process Engineer
UNIVERSAL Technologies, LLC is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join our Albany, NY team. Duties of this position include the following:
. Assist in the gathering of clear and concise business requirements that do not impose any particular technology solution;
. Assist in the development of an information technology infrastructure that will ensure preparedness to meet the demands of the program divisions;
. Assist with the management of a business consultant; and
. Assist in evaluating and implementing the processes necessary to achieve compliance.
To be considered for the position, candidates must possess the following skills and experiences:
. Minimum of 8 years experience in a particular technical and/or business application Examples include but are not limited to:
o Certified Instructor (e.g. Sybase, PowerBuilder, Novell);
o Certified Network Engineer (CNE);
o Certified Systems Administrator;
o Data Administrator;
o Lotus Notes Certified Application Developer;
o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE);
o Microsoft Solutions Developer (MSD);
o Network Administrator;
o PC Computer Designer;
o Systems Administrator;
o Web Master.
Candidates with the following desired experience will be considered first:
. Knowledge of and at least three years experience with establishing or restructuring Information Technology organizations.
. Knowledge of and at least three years experience with developing and implementing large human services systems.
. Knowledge of and at least three years experience with managing large contracts and contractors involved in developing and implementing large human services systems.
. Knowledge of and at least three years experience with procurement policies and requirements.
