Production Planner in Islandia, NY

This is for my direct client in New York ,greencard Holders and US citizzens will be the first preference for this requirement ,H1b holders currently in the USA and willing to transfer their H1b need only apply Requirements: BA/BS Business Management/Operations or equivalent plus a minimum of five years related work experience in a production planning environment; in-depth knowledge of MRP, negotiation skills, working knowledge of industry standard specs, and SPC are essential. Responsibilities include developing, executing, and managing production schedules for off-shore assembly suppliers; monitoring supplier inventory levels to support product plan and potential E&O; coordination of all necessary documentation; maintain metrics of supplier performance while monitoring and reporting of trends. APICS and SAP are desirable. Proficiency in Windows-based PC software applications and excellent communication and organizational skills are also required.
