HR Systems Analyst in New York, NY

Analyst who supports SAP HR end users for the Disney-ABC Media Networks group

Job Responsibilities
*Manage enhancement requests and system changes - identify opportunities for system or process changes, scope requirements, submit enhancement requests, manage through release life cycle
*System Testing: monthly and quarterly release testing - perform testing, manage testing logistics, attend calls, support end users in testing
*Run Labor and Payroll Reports and provide analysis to support Finance areas within TV Network
*Maintain SAP HR content in Media Portal
*End User Support - answer questions, support Super Users, open incidents and track them through resolution, develop and maintain Super User Communities
*Project support and research on large scale Media HR projects.
*Develop and deliver HR and general SAP end user training to individuals in NY or online to remote locations
*Employee Communications support by sending mass emails or running reports to identify targeted audiences
