Prime Brokerage/ FIX Programmer Analyst to $130k+ - in New York, NY

Industry leading financial corporation has an immediate need for the right Programmer Analyst to join their prime brokerage team. This is a high visibility, full-time, permanent position that would allow constant interaction with department heads and executive management and would offer a base of up to $130K/yr plus competitive bonus! The ideal candidate must have strong Capital Market product knowledge (equity/ fixed income), experience on the broker-dealer side of the business, hands-on development experience with trading and messaging systems on the Front, Middle and Back Office arenas, a solid grasp of the ins and outs of FIX protocol, and excellent development experience in .NET technologies (.NET, VB.NET, C#) and either Oracle, Sybase, or SQL Server. Java, VB, and C++, Tibco, SWIFT, STP skills would be a plus. External client support experience would be a plus, as frequent interaction with high-level corporate clients is expected.
