Dynamic, establised Financial Company, in Midtown Manhattan seeks articulate, self starter to perform the following key role: --This is a newly created position which will allow you to use your creativity to define the role. --Responsible for testing, monitoring, training, and reporting on compliance with applicable Banking laws, regulations and corporate requirements. --You will be in charge of updating and maintaining the firm's SOX 404 application. --Participate in and provides risk support for projects and initiatives with moderate to high risk. --Identifies issues resulting from internal or external compliance examinations. --Work with more complex business units to resolve issues and implement resulting action plans to address deficiencies. --Assist in the design and development of compliance testing strategies and methodologies, and performs testing activities. --Evaluates new or enhanced products, processes and or initiatives for compliance issues. --Coordinates state, agency or other examinations conducted by external parties. --Our client is flexible on salary for the right candidate. --Very high visibility, and excellent promotional opportunities.--You should have 5 to 7 years of Information Technology experience. --Previous experience in a Compliance role is required. --This opportunity requires strong attention to detail. --Strong analytical, and interpersonal skills. --Solid written and verbal communication abilities. --Experience in banking or financial services is helpful. --Due to the high priority of this search, our client has agreed to arrange an immediate interview for a qualified candidate. --Apply Now.
