Extremely busy law firm that requires a mature focused individual to work along side another Associate to perform the following tasks:
o Copy litigation for court documents including a lot of copying of mixing and matching documents, requiring extensive experience.
o Scanning, and electronic filing of documents
o Date stamping experience
o IPRO experience
o MS Windows literacy / PC proficient
o Working knowledge of Xerox 2101, WCP45, 55
o Ability to make color copies on Xerox 2128
o Intense work environment with little to no downtime during the day.
o Multi -Tasking with strong communication skills.
o Professional appearance
