About the Position:
Position located at an extremely busy law firm that requires a mature focused individual to work along side another Associate to perform the following tasks: Copy litigation for court documents including a lot of copying or mixing and matching documents, requiring extensive experience. Scanning electronic filing of documents, Date stamping experience, IPRO experience, MS Windows literacy all required. Working knowledge of Xerox 2101, WCP45/55 area a plus. Ability to make color copies on a Xerox 2128 in an intense work environment with little or no downtime during the day is necessary. Must have multi-tasking and strong communication abilities.
Must also have reliable transportation as you may have to move to another location in the area to cover for other reps.
